Who is responsible for your data?

The project's author, Fortuno, is responsible for the project and processing your data. For privacy questions or requests about your data, email [email protected].

What is needed to run the website?

To display a page, the server processes your connection's IP address and your page request. Operation and security may involve technical logs of request times, visited addresses, browsers or errors. These help deliver content, investigate faults and prevent abuse.

The website remembers your language, settings and statistics preference in your browser. This essential data is used even without consent to statistics. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in a functioning and secure website.

What do we measure with your consent?

Choosing “Accept all” enables our visit statistics. They help us understand which parts of the website are useful and what needs to be faster or better. We record:

• the pages you visit, where you came from and any campaign source,
• selected actions, such as clicking a Discord link, active visit duration and loading performance,
• device and browser type, operating system, window size, language and time zone,
• random browser and visit identifiers to distinguish visits,
• an estimated country and city based on your IP address. This is not precise location or GPS access.

Our analytics database stores a hashed value instead of the IP address itself. These records are still not fully anonymous: they can distinguish visits from the same browser. If you are signed in to an existing game account, statistics may also be linked to its identifier.

The legal basis is your consent. If you make no choice or choose “Decline”, this collection does not start. We do not use the data for advertising networks or automated decisions with legal or similarly significant effects.

Who may process the data?

The project's author and technical hosting and server providers operate the website and its data.

After you allow statistics, your IP address may be sent to ipwho.is / IPWHOIS.IO to estimate your country and city. This provider receives the actual IP address even though our analytics database only keeps its hashed value. Its policy mentions possible processing on servers in different countries.

A Discord link takes you to a separate service. If you open it or join the community, Discord's privacy policy also applies.

How long is data kept?

• Detailed statistics: after 180 days, records are deleted during scheduled cleanup once their daily summary has been created.
• Daily summaries: up to 800 days. These contain no IP hash, visitor identifier or visit identifier.
• Stored location estimates: removed during scheduled cleanup after 180 days.
• Browser settings: until changed or until you clear site data. We also remove analytics identifiers when you withdraw consent.

Operational logs are rotated regularly. A record needed to investigate a specific fault, security incident or legal claim may be kept for as long as necessary to resolve it.

What if you contact us?

We process your address or username and your message so that we can reply. This is based on our legitimate interest in handling enquiries, and on a legal obligation when dealing with data rights requests. Messages are kept while handling your enquiry and related correspondence, or longer if needed for a legal obligation or claim. Sending a message does not subscribe you to updates.

How can you change consent or request your data?

Choose “Change cookie consent” in the main page footer. Your previous consent is withdrawn and a new choice appears. Further statistics collection stops; data previously sent to the server is not automatically erased. Withdrawal does not affect the lawfulness of processing already carried out with your consent.

Email [email protected] to request access to your data, correction, erasure or restriction of processing. Subject to the conditions of the GDPR, you also have the right to data portability and to object to processing based on legitimate interests.

We may need proportionate verification to find your data or avoid disclosing it to someone else. You may lodge a complaint with the Czech Data Protection Authority.
