Every fight plays out automatically. You do not choose attacks during combat. Your decisions come beforehand: attributes, gear, talents and abilities. Chance can swing a single blow, but better preparation wins in the long run.
Attributes, gear and talents determine what your pilot can withstand and how hard they hit. Your battle plan takes shape before the first blow.
Your class sets the foundation; talents develop it. Stuns, bleeding or life drain can change the course of a fight.
Combat plays out automatically. Watch each blow and effect, then prepare for the next fight with what your build was missing.
The arena matches you with players of a similar level. Challenge those above you, climb the ladder and try to unseat your bracket champion. These automatic duels give you another place to put your build to the test between expeditions.
Travel from the galactic map through individual systems and down to planetary surfaces. New worlds gradually reveal their own environments, stories and dangers.
Travel through star gates across the galaxy and choose where you are headed. Every system has its own level and danger rating — you always know what you are flying into.
Once you arrive, you run a scan from orbit — it keeps running in the background — and uncover planets and their secrets. You may only land once you have scanned a planet.
On the surface, choose an opponent for your expedition. Victories unlock further creatures and the path to the boss; repeated fights can reveal mastery protocols.
Start with a command centre and gradually build a working home around it. Every structure has its place, upkeep and purpose — your priorities shape how the base grows.
The heart of your base. Unlocks more structures and determines how far you can upgrade the other modules.
Supplies power to the base. Placement matters: residential modules next to the reactor lose stability.
Processes exploration data. Enables research projects and the production of synaptic implants for your pilot.
From common gear to mythic treasures. Upgrade items with chips and cores, trade, and find new ways to strengthen your build.

Modern browsers on desktop and laptop. The fastest route straight into the game.
A standalone version of the same game for Windows is in development. We also want to prepare it for Steam once the required integrations are complete.
A touch-friendly interface for smaller screens is planned after the browser game has been refined.
A mobile interface for Apple devices is planned with the same account and shared progression.
Much of the core game already works. Before release, we still need to add content, connect systems and rework some parts. This overview shows our direction; priorities and scope may change.
Working systems are still being revised and expanded. Their current form is not final.
Kvazar Online is a free sci-fi RPG in your browser for players who enjoy long-term character growth and refining a build over time. Choose a class and race, explore planets, collect gear and prepare your pilot for automatic battles. A quick visit can move your next expedition forward, while longer sessions let you dive into crafting, dungeons, trading, base building and alliances.
Kvazar is in development and public testing has not started yet. We are not promising a launch date before the game is ready. When we are ready for the first players, we will announce it here and on Discord.
Yes. Kvazar Online is a Czech project. The game is being developed in Czech and English from the start; the website is also available in Polish, German and Russian. We plan to add more game languages over time.
On a computer, all you will need is a modern web browser — no installation required. A standalone Windows app and later mobile versions are planned with the same account and progression.
Planning an expedition or collecting rewards takes just a few minutes. When you have more time, you can fine-tune your equipment, explore dungeons or develop your base. You set your own pace.
Yes, Kvazar belongs to the same type of browser RPG as Shakes & Fidget and Gladiatus: you develop your character, head out on expeditions, collect equipment and compete in automatic battles. It brings this style of play to its own sci-fi universe, where you explore planets and build and upgrade your own base alongside developing your pilot.
You can test your build in the arena, trade and compete in the auction, or join an alliance. Together you develop a shared base and research, take part in alliance wars and work towards common goals.
Yes, the core game will be free to play. Like other browser RPGs of this type, Kvazar will offer microtransactions: optional purchases with real money, such as Premium and the in-game currency Stellarit.
Important game results are verified by the server, and the systems are designed to make bots and exploits harder to use. We monitor suspicious behaviour and will keep adapting the protection to real player activity.
We share development progress and game news on Discord.
